In this KEY News Tipline Investigation a local man says he paid a company thousands of dollars to install a new roof on his home three years ago.

However, he says it started leaking after the first storm and he's been trying to get it repaired under the warranty ever since.

He called us and we helped him out, but this story has a twist.
