In this KEY News Tipline Investigation, we take another look at the State's "Cash for Appliances" rebate program.

Dozens of viewers have called our Tipline to complain about the rebate program.

During tonight's Tipline Investigation we'll introduce you to a couple who bought a new appliance, mailed in the rebate paperwork and waited for their rebate worth hundreds of dollars.

However, the rebates never came and that's when they called the KEY News Tipline for help. Then we contacted state officials on their behalf.
