In October, we aired a story about a major blunder by the City of Santa Barbara. Workers accidently ripped out a woman's backyard, 100 year old trees and all. She called our Tipline and C.J. Ward for help, City officials apologized and even promised to correct their mistake. Well, here we are nine months later and C.J.wanted to see if the city kept its promise.
