Santa Barbara - It may be one of our biggest investigation's yet. Hundreds of thousands of taxpayer dollars may be missing, and as far as we can tell state government officials aren't even looking for it.

It all began with a Tipline call to KEY News involving what allegedly started out as a good deed to open a group home for troubled teens, but soon turned into a matter that took us all the way to Sacramento.
