In this Tipline Investigation, C.J. Ward looks into allegations that internet giant Google, stole private information from millions of Americans through their wireless internet connections, inside their homes.

Two Santa Barbara men are at the center of this international controversy involving Google. They claim the company took its internet searching too far, by stealing private information.

What allegedly happened to them, may have happened to you too.

DIRECTIONS TO GOOGLE'S "STREET VIEW":

Start by going to Google.com
click on "Maps" at the top of the page. Type in your address and once the aerial photo pops up, then click "Maps" where your street address appears on the left. Click on "Street View". If "Street View" is not highlighted that means it's not available for your neighborhood.
